Dispatcher – Opportunity for Rapid Growth

Conway Services of Memphis is seeking a few INCREDIBLE people to join our Dispatching Team that is known to set the standard for Customer Support and Dispatching.

The strong multi-tasker we select will manage the dispatching board with organization and efficiency, enter customer data into a computer, provide feedback to customers regarding service queries and make outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments.

·Skills we are seeking:

· One or more years of experience as a dispatcher.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to direct technicians by radio and tracking devices.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.

· Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.

· Computer proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Excel and Word.

· Knowledge of the local geographic territory.

· Willingness and ability to work rotating evenings and weekends.
