E-filliate, Inc. is an established and growing Sacramento-area mobile accessories manufacturer and wholesale and retail distributor seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor. Our products can be found in large retail outlets like Home Depot and Lowe’s. We are looking for an energetic individual with strong leadership and communication skills to join our team.

JOB ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Manage daily production scheduling.

• Manage Inventory and Quality Control.

• Manage customer disputes for compliance related fines.

• Manage Customer/Mode Specific Compliance Programs as outlined in Supplier Agreement

• Oversee all outbound processing and logistics.

• Plan and allocate resources, and materials for maximum utilization of personnel and production lines.

• Provide cross functional project support by partnering with Purchasing, Product Managers and Sales.

• Determines production feasibility on new packaging projects and determine production cycle timelines.

• Familiar with DOT and IATA regulations.

• Author SOP documents, compliance metrics, and training modules.

• Perform any other function as directed to meet company and business needs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience is required.

• 5 or more years of experience in a warehouse/distribution center and/or production environment.

• Demonstrated experience with UPS, USPS, LTL/FTL shipments.

• Experience in international logistics – incoterms, harmonized tariff schedule, commodity classifications.

• Strong knowledge of process implementation and change management.

• May be trained or should be qualified to operate warehouse equipment (i.e.) stock pick, stand-up and upright forklift.

• Supervisory experience of first level hourly employees.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/MRP and TMS software.

• Effective interpersonal skills to develop and coach others

• Excellent writing and communication skills to be able to deliver reports and presentations to operations management.
