The Distribution & E-Commerce Accounts Specialist will be responsible for monitoring & processing daily order fulfillment with the support of the Logistics Manager and Distribution Team.

We are open to providing a Mentorship & Training Program to candidates with less experience, who have motivation to grow within the company!

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong or Excellent Attendance
• Proven work experience as an Account, Sales or relevant order fulfillment role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key staff members at all levels of an organization, including executive and Management
• Experience with eccommerce software (HubSpot, SAGE ERP, Amazon Vendor Central, Shipstation, etc) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Experience delivering resolutions in an prompt or urgent manner
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, collaborating and learning abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with processing UPS or FedEx Shipping Labels using Software or Website
• AS, BS Degree or minimum of 3 years of experience with employer

Functions:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer resolution inquiries
• Process orders fro E-commerce accounts which includes printing order documents and labels
• Build and maintain strong, efficient buisness relationships with Sales Staff & Distribution Team
• Monitor daily volume of Business to Business Accounts and E-commerce Demand
• Update Shipping Forecast with Transportation Pick Up Appointment
• Communicate with Logistics Manager on a daily basis to resolve priority request
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate concerns with forecast delays or challenges
• Attend weekly meeting with Logistics & Upper Management
• Communicate with Corporate Staff in regards to common stock issues or upcoming delays
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities with VIP accounts
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Assist Logistics Manager with Rush Request
• Assist Sales with customer sample orders

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
