We are looking for multitaskers with an eye for details to ensure that all drawings and sketches are meeting Company policies and procedures. What you bring:

· Associate Degree in Engineering, Drafting and Design or equivalent education and experiencer

· Uses CAD drafting techniques to provide design support and advance schematic design into design development and detailed construction documents

· Traces, transfers, and prepares layouts, floor and equipment plans, detail drawings, sketches, design playbooks, and diagrams for the production of existing drawings to be used for revised work drawings

· Creates preliminary design drawings and assists in the production of drawings for design development by primarily using CAD along with design support from Adobe Creative Suite to adhere to established design guidelines

· Creates working construction drawing sets for site and building related projects and adheres to established design guidelines; drawings include detailed grading, utility, site plans and technical building sets for permitting and construction

· Maintains CAD files and libraries and ensures drafting supplies and equipment are available for department use

· Reads and interprets technical drawings, surveys, and property legal descriptions

· Determines impact on existing facilities, right-of-way’s, and easements by combining proposed drawings and existing facility drawings

· Obtains and interprets zoning and permit information for construction drawings

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
