Requirements:

• Must be 16 or older
• Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad and working outside at times
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Customer Service-Oriented

Responsibilities:

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
• Operating the POS at the drive thru
• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
• Learn all positions, including headset or ordertaking, monitor or bagging, and window, or in other areas of the restaurant
• Checking for product quality and consistency
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
