The Driver will provide transportation and assistance with pick-ups/deliveries for the homeless services programs in Milwaukee County.
About the role:
- Handles pick up and deliveries for Homeless Services programs
- Conducts specifically scheduled DHQ Courier services for Milwaukee Social Service programs
- Transports Homeless Services clients to scheduled appointments
- Assists in unloading/loading of deliveries.
- Duty to maintain vehicle logs, clean vehicles, and report needed vehicle maintenance
- Back up front desk worker at the Emergency Lodge when need or between driving shifts
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Entry level
Certifications: Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with clearance to drive from TSA insurance.
