BASIC JOB FUNCION:

Transport carts via air train truck from high return areas to high rental areas to ensure that carts are always available to customers. Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of carts and cart management units.
• Collect and return disabled carts to the maintenance shop.
• Record and communicate the working status of equipment; follow up with mechanical manager and/or operations general manager.
• Inspect equipment; trucks, carts, CMU’s, and cart moving devises
• Learn and implement safe work practices
• Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with location managers, employees, and facility management.
• Perform job in an honest, reliable, and a professional manner.
• Provide courteous service in assisting customers.
• Maintain a vehicle, and cart movement log
• Perform necessary inspections at the beginning and end of scheduled shift.
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-year successful work experience
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

• Ability to get an Airport Badge is required
• Drivers License is required

PHYSICIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift 40 lbs. to waist height
• Push/Pull 75-100 lbs to move up to 15 carts simultaneously
• Walk and stand for duration of shift
