As a duck creek developer consultant in the Commercial Lines strategic planning and architecture group, you’ll participate in our transformation to the latest tech stacks, Agile and Lean processes. As part of a delivery team, you’ll support key business initiatives to transform the platform's Acquisition, Experience, Product, and Core Servicing functionality. You'll use your programming, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and collaboration skills on innovative projects impacting our customers, agents, and employees.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of eight years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of eight years related work experience
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of ten years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred Skills

• Duck Creek application development
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Front end scripting languages, SQL
• Experience with Software Design patterns
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners
• Experience with Agile, LEAN and/or SCRUM

Compensation

• $136,000 - $166,000/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
