TFS currently operates three schools in Colorado and two in Texas. TFS serves as an 1882 Subchapter C in-district partner in Texas with Sam Houston Elementary in Midland ISD located in Midland, TX and Ector College Prep Middle School in Ector County ISD located in Odessa, TX. Its first school, and flagship campus, the Academy of Advanced Learning, is located in Aurora, CO. Two other schools, Coperni 2 and Coperni 3, serve students in Colorado Springs.

Job Description:

The Dyad Coach is an Independent Contractor position paid hourly. Third Future Schools/Prescott Academy facilitate the Dyad Program allowing students in grades 2nd - 8th to participate in exciting and unique experiences to obtain knowledge and perspective impacting character development. Experiences include but are not limited to: martial arts, learning to play an instrument, sports, illustration/design, photography, dance, and theater arts. The Dyad Coach serves on the Dyad Team providing additional capacity and support to the Dyad Consultants when they are absent and throughout the school day as needed in various capacities.

Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Support the Dyad team in providing students with specialized Dyad instruction for 2nd--8th transferring knowledge and perspective in Dyad specialized classes utilizing pre-made lesson plans for students each scheduled school day
• Support the Dyad Coordinator and Principal with monitoring classrooms, student participation, and ensuring student engagement
• Maintain excellent inventory tracking and reporting
• Model quality behavior and TFS Habits of Success and Readiness Characteristics
• Collaborate with Dyad Coordinator and Dyad Consultants to assess student progress
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures
• Provide availability to engage parents and families to support student learning
• Exhibit professionalism and leadership skills
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail
