Palmer Johnson Enterprises has a great opportunity for a full-time, experienced E-Commerce Product Specialist. The E-Commerce Product Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Palmer Johnson’s e-commerce site; coordinating internal customer service efforts and external development partners to increase customer adoption and implement new platform enhancements. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the development and rollout of an e-commerce platform. This role will be tasked with managing the efforts of external vendor partners and internal supporting resources, alike to continue the build-out and user adoption. This is a work-from-home/remote position however the candidate must reside in either Wisconsin, Illinois, or Minnesota. Occasional travel to our corporate headquarters in Sun Prairie, WI will be required. Local candidates would have the option to work from the office at their discretion.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing related fields
• 2+ years of experience in roles directly supporting or leading an e-commerce site
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of Google analytics, experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred but not required), Salesforce B2B commerce (preferred but not required), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred but not required)
• Persuasive written and verbal communicator with the ability to collaborate with customers, coworkers, and leadership
• Organized and analytical, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
• Ability to analyze customer comments, user activity, website metrics, and site business trends
• Experience with building out product pages
