Job Summary

Position requires a self-driven, collaborative, and organized professional able to flourish in fast paced environment. Must pay excellent attention to detail, extract required feedback from others, communicate with clarity and confidence, problem solve and troubleshoot all while maintaining a definitive sense of urgency. Must be customer centric paired with product integrity. Under the direction of the eCommerce Merchandising Manager you will curate details on product from buyers, vendors and all possible resources to build accurate, customer focused product detailed pages.

Job Responsibilities

· Utilize all available resources to acquire information to update item details including copy, bullet points, and product attributes.

· Audit site for errors and resolve as needed.

· On-going projects to ensure accuracy and relevance of merchandise on-site.

· Purchase Order and Item Creation by acquiring all required assets, such as UPCs, by partnering with Buyer and/or Vendor.

· Extremely data driven with utmost attention to accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

· Must be comfortable using Microsoft excel. V-look-up, pivot tables, formulas, sort and filter, Macros. Looking for our next Excel wizard.

· Experience and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Experience with Acumatica (or ERP), are strongly desirable.

· Heavy data manipulation. Advance application in digital retail and buying.

· Experience in related field such as Merchandising, eCommerce a plus.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Experience in the family footwear industry is an extreme plus.

· Proven accountability and ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
