Job Title: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Pediatrics (13 week renewable contract) Location: Houston, Texas
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at a leading pediatric hospital in Houston, Texas. This is a 13 week renewable contract position with the possibility of extension.
As an Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures on pediatric patients. You will work closely with the medical team to provide accurate and timely results, as well as assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pediatric anatomy and physiology, and experience working with children. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Sonography or related field
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification
- 1+ years of experience in pediatric echo sonography
- Proficiency in the use of ultrasound equipment and software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
