Job Title: Electrical General Manager

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Duration: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

· Manage current and future projects in San Antonio and ensure high-quality execution

· Manage all financial aspects of projects in San Antonio to drive profitable growth

· Bid on project opportunities, leveraging estimating support from the head office

· Deliver exceptional customer experience and cultivate new customer relationships

· Oversee all local field staff, identify hiring needs, and assist with recruiting

· Participate in weekly leadership meetings, held in the head office in Buda

Skills & Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of electrical contracting leadership experience, ideally in commercial work

· Experience in the San Antonio market and relationships with San Antonio general contractors required

· Electrical estimating experience required, ideally withAccubid Enterprise w/LiveCount, Vision EBM w/PlanSwift, or ConEst w/SureCount

· Project management experience and experience using Procore required

· Texas Journeyman’s License – Required

· Texas Master Electrician License – Not required but a plus

· Strong tech skills, especially with Microsoft Office products
