We are pleased to be hiring an Electrical & Process Meter Sales Specialist to focus on sales and customer service responsibilities for our distribution group.
Responsibilities for Measurement and Control Sales Specialist
· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
· Understanding customers' technical needs and identifying sales opportunities
· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
· Keeping up with product and supplier updates
· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
· Staying informed about competing products and services
· Upselling products and services
· Researching and qualifying new leads
· Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Qualifications for Measurement and Control Sales Specialist
· Knowledge of test, measurement, instrumentation or control industry
· 2-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
· Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in relevant technical field
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to work with a sales team
· Preference to work out of Strongsville, OH headquarters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
