We are currently seeking a licensed elementary teacher for a 3rd grade classroom on the Tunbridge campus for the 2023-2024 school year. We are committed to offering a supportive, research-based, rigorous academic program with a focus on community and outdoor education to meet the needs of all our students. The ideal candidate shall possess the following: A current Vermont K - 6 teaching certificationExperience working with elementary studentsWillingness to expand knowledge of best practices in literacy and mathematicsProven classroom management skillsAbility to communicate with students and guardiansValue flexible thinking, problem solving, collaboration with colleagues, and a commitment to every student can learn.Benefits include competitive salary and paid coursework up to six credits per year toward licensure in reading.
