Employment Coordinator (Wausau/Stevens Point/Rhinelander) Job at GOALS LLC

We do this through assisting our Participants in career exploration, job development and support on the job for our adults and students within the Wausau/Rhinelander/Stevens Point area. At GOALS we engage our Participants in community employment career and goal planning for individuals with different abilities. We work with referral agencies on behalf of Participants to find employment opportunities for people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.
Practical/relative vocational rehabilitation experience appropriate in lieu of formal education will be considered. Prior experience in coordination of services with community agencies, human services, job development and/or sales is preferred. Valid driver’s license is required and must have good driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use with mileage reimbursement available.
Duties will include case management including scheduling your workload and prioritizing, report writing, career assessments, collaboration with other community agencies, develop employment ideas and leads, teach needed skills for the consumer to successfully complete the job, and effectively communicating with your assigned work teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
