Job Description:
- Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
- Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes
- Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
- Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
- Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
- Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
- Ability to assist with SharePoint development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field in Information Technology. Additional years of relevant experience and/or certifications will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Solves routine technical problems following established procedures and policies.
- Knowledge of information technology/system controls and system development life cycle.
- Ability to Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in construction of SOPs.
- A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team.
- Able to set priorities and meet individual deadlines while accomplishing team objectives.

- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- SharePoint experience
- Sound independent judgement
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical writing
- Time management skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
