We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Field Service Technician. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for driving a company van to travel out to customer homes to install or troubleshoot any technical problems when it comes to satellite TV services and products. This position is full-time and requires a flexible schedule, as well as the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Install and troubleshoot satellite TV services and products at customer homes
• Drive a company van to customer homes
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Attend and successfully complete training sessions in Indianapolis IN
• Lift up to 80 pounds and carry and climb 36-foot ladders
• Maintain and organize inventory and equipment in the company van
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the US
• At least 18 years of age
• Willingness to learn
• No experience needed
• Weekend availability
• Outdoor work required

Benefits:

• $18 per hour during training (Guaranteed for 8 weeks)
• Pay rate after training ($50-$80 per installation)
