We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual for the position of Entry Level Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and development in various aspects of management, including customer service, sales, training and onboarding, small role management, and Profit and Loss (PNL) analysis. As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will work within one of our retail partners, engaging with customers face to face and driving revenue for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in management.

Responsibilities:

Training and Development: Participate in a structured training program to acquire knowledge and skills in customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective communication.

Customer Service and Sales: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assist with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.

Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Small Role Management: Oversee and manage specific areas or departments within the retail partner's location, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to company policies, and exceptional customer experiences.

Profit and Loss Analysis: Learn and understand the financial aspects of the business, including analyzing PNL statements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with the retail partner's staff and management team to collaborate effectively, address any concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Reporting: Compile and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to management and clients.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, customer satisfaction enhancement, and revenue growth, providing recommendations and implementing solutions as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
