Position Responsibilities:

- Learn packaging procedures.
- Learn and understand all safe work practices.
- Learn and understand the string-up procedures on all production lines.
- Make a continuous effort to reduce the production of scrap.
- Learn procedures for flush-outs and changeovers.
- Must keep the work area clean.
Essential Functions:
- Must work 12-hour shifts.
- Must work days for 3 months and nights for 3 months.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent daily basis.
- Must wear personal protective equipment furnished by the Company.
- Climb stairs and stand for an extended time.
Other Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computers.
- Able to drive a forklift.
