Environmental Laboratory Technician Job at Sanders Laboratories Inc
Environmental laboratory looking for reliable, competent employee(s) to run various microbiology and chemistry analysis. Also includes preparatory work such as making reagents and washing glassware and preventative maintenance on equipment. Must be a great multi-tasker and work well with others. Science background preferred. Hours are Tues.-Fri. 8-6:30 though weekends and holidays maybe required at times.
All candidates must be able to:
- Lift 50 Lbs
- Stand for long periods time
- Be familiar with lab safety
- Follow written procedures
- Aptitude for numbers and computers
- Work independently
- Ability to multi task
- Work quickly and efficiently under pressure with high sample volumes
If you pass your demonstration capabilities and fulfill role of primary analyst after 180 days you will receive $250 sign on bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
