FHC is seeking a compassionate, document-til-the-cows-come-home, grab-the-reins and, take charge; professional caregiver in the Mankato/Owatonna Area. In addition to providing meaningful care to VIP clients, you will also be continuing to grow through paid top-notch training and documenting all the fun.

Essential Responsibilities Include (but are definitely not limited to):

• Warm Companionship
• Meal Planning and Preparation
• Light Housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, dishes, laundry, etc.)
• Bathing Assistance
• Incontinence Related Duties
• Errands and Shopping
• Incidental Transportation
• Medication Reminding and/or Administration
• Contributing to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life

Position Qualifications:

• Passion for Learning and Growth
• Comfortable Working in a 1:1 Environment
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
• Ability to treat clients with respect and dignity
• Must have a clean Criminal Background Report
• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous Home Care Experience is a PLUS but not required
