We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Working Schedule:

• Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays, Fridays 6PM - 11:30PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition
• Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
• Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision
• Complete necessary training, as required

Requirements:

• Experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity required.
