We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Events Assistant to work with our events team and our customer service team to produce events from conception through to completion.

As an Events Assistant, your main goal will be to work with other events associates, sales representatives and CSR's to promote and create additional brand exposure for our clients. Some of the responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Meet personal/ event team sales targets
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to give the customers the best deal possible
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Liaise with management to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain the overall appearance, layout and design of the event
• Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and attract new customers to the event

Events Assistant Requirements

• Proven customer service or events experience ideal but not essential
• Good time management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multitask, prioritize your tasks
• High school diploma preferred
