The Event Team is responsible for providing outstanding assistance, complaint resolution, and an overall wondrous experience to special event guests. This is a seasonal part-time position and reports to the Event Team Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Interactions
- Provide direct support during special events and group outings by performing duties as assigned
- Follow guidelines as directed by the Event Manager for each event
- Other Essential Duties
- Equipped to foster a relationship with the guests and top communication and follow-through of any guest requests
- Understand POS system and use a tablet to document all notes
- Communication with Event Supervisors and Event Managers and escalate any issues as necessary
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- Customer service experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Basic computer skills
- Provide quality guest interactions with consistent upbeat, fun, and energetic personality at all times
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Can handle issues as they arise and take quick action to resolve them personally
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Work with minimal supervision
- Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- The expectation for The Country Fest is to work from 3pm-close (usually midnight) at least 3 of the 4 days of the event.
- Uniform Requirements (not provided):
- Clean, white shirt - sleeve length is flexible and can be determined by you.
- Black or khaki bottoms - shorts (fingertip rule), pants, capris, etc. are acceptable.
- Closed toed shoes
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to stand outside in any weather conditions for extended periods
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
- Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, serve, etc.
