About the Role

NinjaOne is looking for an Events Coordinator with a take-charge attitude and excellent attention to detail to support and optimize NinjaOne’s event efforts for North America. This position reports to the Director of Field Marketing Programs, Americas and will be a core part of our marketing team. They will support many aspects of our events strategy including research, discovery calls, logistics, collateral, swag, and more. The ideal candidate has a strong “sales” orientation (in addition to your marketing know-how) characterized by exceptional interpersonal skills, determination, and independence.


Location -
We are hybrid remote in Austin, TX 2-3 days a week in office


What You’ll be Doing


  • Oversee event logistics. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable leading the charge on the research, execution, and follow-up of different events month to month (such as trade shows, roadshows, happy hours, regional events, and more). You’ll be part of the team that is responsible for ensuring our North America events are both successful and impactful.
  • Promote all the things. Promotion is a non-stop activity in this role. You will manage the social posts, emails, and sales cadences for Ninja’s events. You will make sure our prospects/customers know what’s going on with Ninja events and will also enlist the help of the Ninja team in spreading the word.
  • Build relationships. Our technology partners are key to continuing our growth. You’ll participate in regular calls with our partners and work with other internal teams to facilitate co-sponsored events and keep them updated on all the information needed for events. You’ll also work with our external vendors (such as warehouses, printers, and event hosts) on a regular basis.
  • Keep us organized. We track everything we do - whether that’s how many leads an event generated or how many t-shirts we have in inventory, you’ll play a big part in continuing that organization through your role. You’ll assist with replenishing our swag inventory, coordinating shipments, tracking expenses, and managing vendors.
  • Other duties as needed.


About You


  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 1-2 years marketing experience, demand or lead gen.
  • Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product preferred.
  • Comfortable researching and running tradeshows and regional events.
  • Experience with a variety of marketing and sales tools - Pardot, Zoom, and Salesforce preferred.
  • Detail oriented (we know, everyone says this! But it applies to so many things including project management, communication, and reporting)
  • Capable of regularly managing multiple, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting and working alongside fast-moving sales teams.
  • Expert in maintaining and growing relationships (internally and externally)
  • Efficient and effective communicator - for internal and external audiences

Additional Information


Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $80,000 per year.
