Required: Bachelor's degree from accredited 4-year university
Physical Demands:

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with CEO schedule
- Support Executive Team on ad hoc meetings and projects
- Prepare and manage status reports
- Work closely with CEO on execution of action plans and strategic initiatives
- Maintain schedules for deliverables
- Follow up and maintain relations with partners and vendors
- Prep for meetings
- Take diligent notes during meetings and be able to debrief afterwards and identify action items
- Maintain organizational alignment and clarity
- Proctor meetings and keep team on track
- Support CEO in various administrative tasks, duties, and errands
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Self-motivated and directed with the ability to operate under minimal supervision.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong technology knowledge and abilities, including the usage of Microsoft Office (Apple preferred)
- Demonstrates initiative
- Ability to handle feedback
- Willing to travel as needed
- Strong work ethic, including long hours and weekends as needed
- Strong resolve in the face of resistance or obstacles.
- Team player/Collaborative.
- Flexibility to adapt schedule
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality regarding meetings and discussions
- Excellent evaluation skills; ability to learn quickly
