Essential Job Functions

  • Prepares correspondence, reports, manuals, and agendas by obtaining, assembling, and analyzing complex information and data from a wide variety of sources. Composes and initiates, as necessary, routine correspondence and memoranda.
  • Interfaces with internal and external personnel as front-line representative of department to ensure accurate and amiable dissemination of appropriate information.
  • Handles and processes information of a highly confidential and critical nature and ensures information remains confidential.
  • Coordinates, schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and off-site functions, travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Establishes agendas.
  • Manages delegated responsibilities including opening new requisitions, expense report submission and approval, travel scheduling and approval, and employee transfers.
  • Prepares presentation materials to assist senior management in meetings and discussions; schedules and coordinates meetings. Prepares and distributes meeting minutes.
  • Conducts special projects as needed such as gathering, analyzing and preparing annual budget materials and reports, and various preparations for Board and senior management meetings.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • Four or more years of administrative support experience
  • Experience working with organization policies and practices
  • Experience working with administrative procedures and practices
  • Experience working with Workday

The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.

At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 64,200.00 - 96,200.00 USD Annual.
