Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a Executive Director of Outpatient Services for our Foundations San Francisco (Intensive Outpatient Program)! The Executive Director of Outpatient Services provides management and oversight of patient services coordination, programming, and activities within the facility and is responsible for the following:
- Provides supervision of programs and activities; Proposes, develops and implements plans for enhancing the program and activities. Works with group CEO to ensure continuity of clinical programming.
- Works with business development team for expansion and growth of the clinical program.
- Oversight and reporting of the clinical quality process. This includes clinical indicators, action plans associated with internal and external audits, and any other necessary clinical quality improvement.
- Provides individual & group therapy as necessary and provides psychoeducational group activities for patients as appropriate.
- Ensures team performance standards meet established requirements.
- Implements, trains and monitors evidence-based practices. In collaboration with Michael’s House CEO and Foundations Clinical Director, assists, coaches and supports staff in using evidence-based treatment models.
- Oversight of program schedule that meets the unique needs of patient population and any unique service groups, based on level of care, balancing both quality and efficiency.
- Ensures appropriate documentation of all programs and activities.
- Regularly provides training to staff on effective teaching processes and models.Manages the performance of staff including providing guidance and feedback, monitoring competence and attendance.
- Ensures that programs adhere to strict standards of confidentiality.
- Performs all other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Therapy or related Social Service or Education field required, plus accompanying clinical license in good standing in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psy.D., Ph.D., etc.)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous program facilitation and work with the co-occurring population required. Minimum 2 years of management and clinical supervision experience required. Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: CPR Certification required.
