As we continue to grow, we're looking to expand our team with an exceptional Lead Installation Technician responsible for serving customers by installing and servicing residential systems and products for Sanchez HVAC Services Inc. Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in HVAC residential installations.
• Ability to follow/perform installation procedures for HVAC equipment.
• Ability to follow controls/wiring schematic.
• Must be detailed when performing work procedures and jobs.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds and fulfill physical demands.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be available on weekdays and Saturdays as needed.
• EPA Certification is required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Must pass background screenings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Boiler experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration equipment, and other products following company standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining quality within the targeted time frame.
• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements.
• Must strictly adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Verifies correct operation of all installed equipment. Demonstrates and provides training for customers, as requested.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean equipment/work area.
• Must maintain a clean and serviced company vehicle following company policy.

Compensation is based on experience.

We offer ongoing training and education on today's innovative technology, company vehicles, six paid holidays, and vacation time after one year.
