Expanding Litigation Law Firm Seeking to Add an Experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney.

Brady, Connolly & Masuda, P.C. (“BCM”) is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our award-winning legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a workers’ compensation defense attorney with at least 3 years of experience looking to advance his/her career, develop and/or enhance his/her book of business and grow professionally.

BCM was founded in 1997 with a vision to provide highly skilled, effective and aggressive defense for Employers and Insurers for complex legal matters such as Workers’ Compensation Defense, Civil Litigation Defense, Insurance Law, and Employment Law. BCM represent clients from our offices in Chicago, Bloomington/Normal and St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

· JD from an accredited law school

· Admitted to practice in the State of Illinois. Dual licenses in Wisconsin, Missouri and/or Indiana a plus. Opportunities to waive into other States with Firm assistance

· Experience with workers' compensation matters

· Superior written and oral communication skills

· Excellent people skills

· Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

· Independently manage your own caseload involving workers' compensation matters, working cases from beginning to end

· Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects

· Represent clients in a wide range of litigation claims

· Regularly handle court appearances, conduct depositions and trials

· Communicate with clients and provide status reports
