Job Title: Bubble Cushioning Wrap Extruder Machine Operator

Hours:
- 5pm-5am Monday-Friday
- 12 hour shift 5 days a week
- Yearly salary could be over $70,000+ per year.
General Purpose of Job:
Operate the machine to ensure quality precision and accuracy for the production of bubble cushioning wrap.
Essential Functions:
- Be able to work independently and under minimal supervision to ensure proper settings for the machine.
- Must understand how to operate a computer.
- Must follow targets and deadlines set
- Correctly set the extruder to the proper thickness.
- Properly mix plastic resin to the specified percentage.
- Understand the mechanics and digital qualities of the machine.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced and non-climate controlled environment.
- May also need to preform other essential tasks needed, including, but not limited to, lifting heavy objects, packing shipments, and repetitive motions.
- Other duties as assigned
Educational/Experience Required:
- Prior machine operating experience required 2+ years
- Extruding experience 2+ years
- Forklift certified.
- Past experience in manufacturing.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Required to stand and/or walk up to 8-12 hours a day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- No weekends
