TradeWinds Island Resort is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Food and Beverage Department. This position will provide support to the Food & Beverage Team, including all outlet managers and employee partners in the department.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Daily responsibilities may include processing and accurately monitoring payroll for the department (approximately 200 employees), keeping the Master Function book current and up date, distributing BEO's and revisions promptly, responding in a timely fashion to all Guest requests (fax menus, answer questions, etc.), typing of all special menus for the outlets and special holiday menus, working with VIPs and facilitating Guest room amenities, compiling Weekly and Monthly Forecasts for staff scheduling and food purchasing purposes, scheduling and set up for Responsible Vendor and Food Safety Training classes, and all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be very detail-oriented and organized.
- Proven ability to work in a high volume, fast paced yet flexible office environment
- Ability to support, work with outlet managers and provide supplemental assistance in outlets as needed
- Exceptional Guest Service skills a must
- Available to work holidays, nights and weekends as needed.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs experience preferred
- Experience in resorts and/or Food and Beverage a plus
