Facilities Worker is responsible for assisting with maintaining the building maintenance operations and critical systems support to sustain a best and safest environment at Two Kings Casino. As part of the Facilities team, you will work under the direction of the Facilities Manager and Facilities Supervisor performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Painting, hanging drywall, and repairing drywall and general maintenance as needed.
Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks.
Plumbing work including opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs.
Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods
Lawn maintenance including mowing, removing weeds and brush, etc.
Assist with ensuring tools and equipment are in working order and keeping maintenance room in neat condition.
Assists with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies.
Assist with evaluating service needs, equipment, and work methods of team members, and works with management to address needs and complete order request.
Ensures all tools, supplies, and equipment are available and safe to team for all work functions.
Assist with monitoring, responds to, and reports any critical systems operation alarm and/or alters (i.e., fire, power, central facility failures, etc.).
Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions.
Troubleshoot fixtures and equipment malfunction.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum three (1) years of experience in facilities maintenance and/or similar position
High School diploma or GED required
Must be able to obtain a gaming license
US work authorization (Required)
Must be able to read, understand, and explain blueprints and schematics
Must be able to understand the SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and able to give safety instructions to team members
Osha Certification a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office-Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication and time management skills. Able to be tactful, maintain confidences, and foster an ethical work environment; prevent inappropriate behavior by coworkers; give proper credit to others; handle all situations honestly.
Ability to communicate effectively both written & oral
Must have ability to multi-task and work under pressure with quick problem-solving skills.
