Boone Faulkner Enterprises, a family-friendly FedEx Ground contractor, is now looking to hire FULL TIME delivery drivers! We are looking for highly motivated, efficient, accurate and responsible people to manage a pick-up and delivery route. If this sounds like you, don’t hesitate to apply today! Drivers will report to work at the FedEx terminal in Lowell, AR at 8:00AM sharp, and will end their day when they have completed all of their deliveries and pick-ups. Upon arrival, packages will be scanned and loaded into the trucks by the drivers, and each driver will be dispatched to their work areas. Drivers are expected to be efficient when delivering, and safe while on and off the road. We are looking for reliable and consistent drivers for this delivery position. Our service area covers a large portion of rural Northwest Arkansas, so a beautiful view is a bonus!

Candidates for this position MUST have a clean criminal background (10 years), clean MVR (driving record) for the past 3 years, AT LEAST 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years, or 5 years driving experience within the last 10, and be at least 21 years of age. Each candidate must be in good physical condition and be able to lift/maneuver up to 150 pounds. Each candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Must own a personal cell phone
• Drive a company owned truck, following our strict safety standards on and off the road
• Use company owned technology to manage package delivery in an efficient and safe manner

FEDEX GROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass a background screening (no felonies / no misdemeanors)
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must pass a DOT physical (able to lift packages up to 150lbs with equipment provided to assist)
• Must have at least 1 year in the last 3 years of verifiable work driving experience (any driving that is part of a job where pay was received - Construction, Food Delivery, Landscaping, etc.)
• CDL IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
