DETAILS: Field Install Technician

COMPENSATION: $23/hr - $27/hr(D.O.E.) plus Yearly Bonus, and Benefits on day 1

LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX Based (Estimated 85% Travel)

OVERVIEW: Field Install Technician

We are looking for a Field Install Technician to join an industry-leading organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing installation and basic setup for a variety of equipment/ commercial appliances. If you have experience working in a trade such as welding, electrical, general construction, or metal fabrication and are interested in getting into an installation role that caters to large franchise brands, please consider learning more about this role. We are certainly interested in candidates who have related installation experience, but it is not required to be considered, candidates with the desired skill set can be trained on install-specific functions. This operations aims to take care of those in the field supporting their customers, has a strong company culture with many tenured employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: Field Install Technician

· Provide technical and operational support for customers and partners.

· Proficient with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aspects of machine installation, operation, and repair.

· Knowledge of commercial construction including electrical, plumbing, framing, etc.

· Gather project materials and maintain records of inventory throughout the project cycle.

· Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them timely to project team for resolution.

· Able to quickly identify potential schedule conflicts and generate and implement needed modifications

· Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite. Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.

· Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning

· Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.

· Able to clearly explain steps, provide clear directions, and answer questions about construction processes to customer representatives, employees, and subcontractors

· Proficient at blueprint reading and ability to draw appropriate sketches to communicate details to employees, and others

· Use and maintain hand tools, portable power tools, and stationary power tools safely, with the ability to identify and correct environmental or other workplace hazards

· Willingness to learn and receive instruction/direction from team members

· Must complete and fulfill paperwork required for purchase orders, and time sheets weekly

REQUIREMENTS: Field Install Technician

· High School Diploma/GED

· 4 years of related trade work experience or 2 years in a related install role

· Ability to communicate with internal teams and clients

· Skills in multiple trades required for installations

· Light welding experience is preferred

· Willingness to travel 85% of the time
