Field Services Manager

Hill Country Premier Lodging, a vacation rental management company representing 300+ properties in the Wimberly, Canyon Lake and surrounding areas of the Texas Hill Country is looking for a qualified candidate to serve as a Field Services Manager. HCPL is looking for a dedicated and dependable individual to lead this crucial business function and ensure a consistently amazing guest experience.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves being hands-on, thrives in a high paced environment, and is able to manage competing priorities. They must enjoy working with people and be passionate about providing a clean, safe experience for guests. This position is expected to be working in the Field 70% of the time and in the office 30%.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Field Service functions. Policies, staffing, inspection, and Guest Satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire and train staff. Includes multiple business functions - pool and hot tub service, general maintenance, lawn maintenance staff.
• Scheduling of Field service resources to complete assigned objectives.
• Oversee daily Opening/ Closings of Short Term Rental properties by Field Service Staff
• Develop communication protocols that engage field service workforce and ensure consistency of service.
• Work with other company departments to constantly refine and improve operations that lead to excellence in the Guest experience.
• Develop performance evaluation and developmental programs for Field service staff.
• Manage payroll for Field Service teams.
• Partner with Property Owners and external vendors to complete property repairs.
• Review and assign work orders within the operating software.

Requirements:

• 3+ years prior experience in leading Field teams in a management role
• 3+ years prior experience in Maintenance position doing repairs related to home ownership.
• Prior experience with Pool/hot tub cleaning or maintenance. CPO preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communicator
• Must own a Smartphone to be able to access cleaning/inspection software in the field.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record – Required for use of company vehicles
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• From $25 /hour. Salary commensurate with experience.
• Use of company vehicles during work hours.
