Salary range: $80K - $115K, plus bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Job Responsibilities of this Division Manager includes, but are not limited to:
- Conduct ride-along with technicians
- Conduct effective one-on-one meetings
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Hit daily revenue goals and targets, and manage departmental budgets
- Set goals and KPI’s for the team and develop performance improvement plans
- Coordinate technical training for technicians with vendors
- Cascade information and uphold core values, ensuring alignment with and reinforcing company culture
- Coordinate with dispatch and review calls
- Resolve customer and employee issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Sales training experience
- Customer Service experience
- Proven success training and developing people
Preferred
- Management experience in the home services industry
- 4-year degree
- Trade knowledge in either HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and/or Construction
