NeoGenomics is looking for a Finance Manager who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow.

This individual will work a Flex (Hybrid) work arrangement with 2 days per week onsite at any of our sites in either Aliso Viejo, CA; Carlsbad, CA; Houston, TX; or Fort Myers, FL.

Position Summary:

The Finance Manager is an integral leader and contributor to the Finance team. This person will be the business partner to various operations, drive continuous improvement, and will lead and manage teams for the financial modelling and financial decision making for the company.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Lab Operations, Sales, Procurement, Planning and Inventory teams to Implement a robust monthly Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning (SIOP) process
  • Identify and lead initiatives to continuously evaluate and improve the implemented SIOP process in collaboration with SIOP stakeholders
  • Drive leadership accountability for inventory management through metrics
  • Partnering with Lab ops on their long-term strategy including footprint optimization
  • Partner with IT on investing in LIMS and other process improvements and model ROI
  • Establish model to evaluate productivity projects and help create a culture of data-based decision making
  • Support annual strategic planning and annual operating plan process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university; Master’s Degree (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting) preferred
  • 5+ years of combined related financial and supply chain experience required
  • Experience with SIOP processes required
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with internal controls and audit procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Advance Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Essbase (SmartView), and Hyperion strongly preferred.
