Finance Office Clerk - Brentwood Job at The Pool & Spa Depot

$14 - $17 an hour
Pool and Spa Depot is interviewing candidates for the position of Finance Office Clerk to work in our Brentwood/Cool Springs retail location.
The Finance Office Clerk will assist both our sales team and customers in a variety of different administrative tasks during the purchase process.
**Please note: We are looking to hire someone who can work until 7 pm and work weekends.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the sales team and customers during the sales process
- Respond to customers questions regarding finance documents
- Ensure sales contracts are completed accurately and thoroughly
- Process finance paperwork from beginning to completion.
- Data entry of customer information
- Maintain customer database and update as needed
- Customer follow up (phone, text and email)
- Distribution of completed paperwork to the appropriate parties
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to multi task.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to use web based software (Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Previous experience in a finance office.
- Understanding of financial terminology
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and directions
- Ability to work until 7 pm
- Ability to work weekends
