Under general supervision of the Financial Aid Manager, the Financial Aid Specialist provides proactive, timely, accurate, and comprehensive customer service to students. Conducts the verification of students financial aid records in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulatory guidelines and policies. Ensures timely and accurate data entry for records; updates materials received in department, processes applicant data; updates appropriate software systems; expedites financial aid processing. Assist with Financial Aid Workshops for prospective students and parents.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
