Splash is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will review information, maintain complete and accurate records, assist with routine accounting duties, and provide prompt, courteous responses to inquiries or complaints from vendors and lenders. The candidate must be a skilled researcher and possess strong communication and computer skills.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.
• Development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators.
• Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
• Preparation of ROIs for potential investments and subsequent review.

Financial Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance or related field.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong math and research skills.
• Willingness to learn expert excel skills and managing databases and queries.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently.
