Job Description
Part-time, position processing employees benefit withholdings, working Monday through Friday, hours not to exceed 29 hours. This position is part-time, hourly and nonexempt.
Duties
- Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
- Accurately allocate employee withholdings from client companies
- Reconcile payment amount and documentation
- Coordinate with internal relationship managers, compliance, internal customer service, and service center to resolve problems relating to information or payments
- Maintain understanding of applicable rules, regulations, and policies governing flexible benefit plans
- Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
- Complete other projects as assigned by Group Lead, Director, or Vice President
Qualifications
- Be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to assume responsibility and accountability for excellent service
- Be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Will be required to meet production and accuracy levels.
- Be personable, highly motivated, hardworking and positive attitude
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy of work and maintain an organized approach to duties and responsibilities
- Have strong computer skills including typing, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with manipulating spreadsheets for file comparison and data import
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software applications
- Experience with programming and/or automation is beneficial, but not required
Education and Experience – Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
