We are searching for an experienced Flooring Installer to join our team of local experts!

As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, carpet, and tile. You will work with our clients to ensure that their flooring needs are met, and that their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, carpet, and tile.
• Work with clients to determine their flooring needs and provide recommendations on suitable flooring options.
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas, ensuring a perfect fit.
• Prepare surfaces for installation, including leveling and smoothing subfloors as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and ensure all installations meet safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, and ensure that clients are satisfied with the finished product.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flooring installation preferred.
• Knowledge of various types of flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
