Our brand new luxury flower shop is seeking a highly skilled and creative Floral Manager to oversee the operations of our new luxurious flower shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, a keen eye for design, and excellent communication and managerial skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the floral department, including ordering, receiving, processing, and displaying flowers and other merchandise.
• Create and maintain attractive displays of flowers and other floral arrangements.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of floral designers and assistants.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the floral department.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust ordering to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, floral design, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience as a floral manager or a similar position.
• Extensive knowledge of flowers and other floral arrangements.
• Strong managerial skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
