Job Description:
- Load, unload and stage freight on motor cfarriers in dock facilities
- Complete and process appropriate paperwork
- Promote and maintain a felxible, cooperative, positive, team-oriented, and customer-focfused attitude
- Ensure all freight paperwork is complete, accurate, legible, and processed in a timely manner
- Perform physical loading, unloading and rearranging and staging freight
- Check shipments received for correct items, counts, packing, crating and tagging
- Ensure safe and proper loading of freight within each vehicle
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced constantly changing and stressful environment
- Must be able to operate material handling and dock-related equipment including forklifts, hand trucks, tow motors, dock hooks etc.
- Team-oriented and safety conscious
- 6 months prior forklift experience
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Pay:
- $19.00/hr
Hours:
- Sunday through Thursday 12:00am - 8:00am
