Front Desk Administrator Job at Flirt Aesthetics
We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator to efficiently and effectively help run our business. We are looking for an applicant who can coordinate client schedules, is quick on the computer, can sell high ticket items, sign clients up for memberships and maintain the cleanliness of the salon. Must have a hospitality driven mindset.

- Answer emails, phone calls and Facebook inquires
- Book clients in an efficient way that maximizes schedule time
2. Make weekly/monthly service goals
- Use leads via Facebook, Email & Phone to answer all client questions
- This is a sales position so you will be paid bonus based on how many Microblades you book
- Book appointments to maximize schedules for Laser, Microblading, and waxing.
- Let management know of last minute openings so we can post about it. Also must let us know when those spots book

3. Pre-book 40% of all clients that come in the door
- Help us get form a 29% pre-book rate to a 40% pre book rate
- Sell 5 waxing memberships per week minimum ( this will help with pre-book rate)
- Make sure clients know benefits of pre booking in advance

4. Maintain cleanliness of salon
- We are a high end waxing and microblading salon, your job is to maintain the cleanliness of the front, hallways and bathroom
- Empty packages that which come in daily and organize in breakroom
