Front Desk Associate Job at Express Employment Professionals
We are hiring front desk associates in Madison for a non-profit organization! This position will start as being the first point of contact for any phone or walk in traffic. You could quickly be given the opportunity to move into an intake specialist role where you will intake and determine eligibility of clients and data entry of needed client information.
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays will be included)
Duties include:
- Answer questions of program eligibility, benefit levels and form of payment.
- Verify or assist applicant in assembling verification documents as required by the application.
- Review completed forms to see that all necessary information has been entered for data entry.
- Follow up on incomplete forms pending submission of additional materials by applicant.
- Perform other related duties as required by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Knowledgeable about the use of computers (Microsoft Office Suite)
- A desire to help people
- High School graduate or equivalent
