Front desk dental associate Job at HJ Dental
We are a privately owned dental practice in Dallas across from Northpark mall, looking for a Front Desk Associate . You would be one of two in the front office. We have a full time doctor and a part time one, a Full time hygienist and 4 assistants. We are an out of network practice.
Our practice is looking to replace one of our front desk associates who has been with us for almost 8 years and needed to step back for family matters. Most of our team members have been with the practice for 2.5 years or more, some over 10 years. We are a very close knit group and are looking to add to our amazing team someone who would be a hard worker, loyal and wants to help the practice thrive even more. The applicant needs to have a strong work ethic, be friendly and willing to lend a helping hand to other team members.
Job description includes, but not limited to, answering phones, making appointments, greeting patients, checking out, and collecting from patients. Billing and sending claims to insurance is a plus. Must have at least 3 years of experience in the dental field; must know how to use Excel, windows 10. Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
