Welcome to the ultimate realistic & tactical gaming facility that defines the future of gaming. LazerX Arena hosts tactical style Laser Tag, Nerf/Dodgeball, Archery Tag, and Virtual Reality.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Detail Oriented
- Clear communication between customers and staff
- Team player
- Consistently punctual
Front Desk responsibilities may consist of but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers as they enter the facility
- Managing and assisting multiple parties/events, setting up and sanitizing Event Spaces
- Checking-in all parties/customers accurately and efficiently, communicating/processing remaining balances
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Opportunity for growth into Sales/Customer Service
Game Host responsibilities may consist of but are not limited to:
- Coaching teams, maintaining a safe and fun environment on the Laser Tag or Nerf field
- Setting up and cleaning equipment for games
- Requires time management, good communication skills, and attention to detail
- Opportunities for growth into Equipment Maintenance
All hired staff must have a flexible schedule and open for work on the weekend. We usually get very generous tips by hosting big corporation team building event.
